SHIPPING & PACKAGING INFORMATION

Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the size and packaging requirements of your glass order.

• Large or Fragile Glass Items: Some rear glass pieces require special packaging, such as custom cartons, which may not be reflected in the online checkout. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to confirm and requote freight and packaging costs.

• Delivery Restrictions: In some cases, our standard couriers may not deliver to your location. If this occurs, we’ll reach out with alternative delivery options and updated pricing.

• No PO Box Deliveries for Large Items: Large packages cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If you don’t have a secure street address for delivery, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
