Create your own anti-fog glass and windscreen spray at home!

Create homemade anti-fog spray for your windscreen and other glass surfaces right at the comforts of your own home. This life hack will definitely lessen your expenses for your car maintenance, as some cleaning solutions are costly. Also, this anti-fog spray solution can be used on mirrors in your bathroom and wardrobes, as well as your windows at home. Aside from being economical, the solution also promises no harsh effects on your glass and windscreen surfaces that you may encounter with chemical-based cleaning solutions. This cleaning solution prevents the build-up of condensation from glass surfaces that are usually caused by change in temperature, water droplets, and humidity.

Just like the other cleaning solutions we featured, you can collect the ingredients for our anti-fog spray for glass and windscreen right in your home. You first have to prepare a medium-sized bowl, a quart of hot water, 2 ounces of white vinegar, and a lint-free cloth. It is important to use a lint free cloth in cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors as this will not leave any fluff when used.

First pour the white vinegar into the bowl, then add the hot water. Mix it well before dipping the lint-free cloth. Gently wring out the cloth to remove excess liquid that would drip into your car windscreen or glass surface. When you finish wiping the entire interior and exterior of your car windscreen, allow the cleaning mixture to sit and let it dry. If in case the vinegar leaves a stingy odor, leave your car doors open for a while.

Store the remaining anti-fog glass cleanser in a spray bottle. You can also spray the mixture straight from the bottle and then immediately wipe the area it splashes water into. If you will use the cleaning solution in a number of surfaces, increase the amount of the vinegar and hot water proportionately.
